Studied how a chips company manages production, inventory control, distribution and point-of-sale movement across the chain — then connected operations management theory to what FMCG actually does in coordination, logistics and strategic distribution.
Rail cargo evacuation efficiency, Visakhapatnam Port Authority
May – Jul 2026A census of VPA's FY 2025-26 rail traffic — every rake, terminal, and commodity — measured against the port's 8h30m free time. Found container and iron-ore rakes overstaying by three to five times, traced the delay to loading and hand-off rather than the port's own locomotives (99.6% indent fulfilment), and flagged one interchange point carrying 92% of rail traffic as VPA's single point of failure.
Video Summarization using 3D CNNs
IEEE · Mar 2025An unsupervised multimodal summarization model combining spatiotemporal transformers with dual-path attention over visual, audio and text inputs — keyframe selection without annotated datasets. Published at the 2025 5th International Conference; co-authored.
