Supply Chain Intern, Traffic Management Office — Visakhapatnam Port Authority
May – Jul 2026- Audited VPA's FY 2025-26 rail traffic — 3.37 crore tonnes across coal, fertiliser, bauxite and containers — working alongside the Traffic Management Office and R&D Yard to trace how rakes are evacuated to Indian Railways.
- Found container, tank-wagon and iron-ore rakes routinely overstaying the port's 8h30m free time by three to five times, and traced VPA's biggest structural risk to a single interchange point handling over 90% of rail traffic.
- Delivered six recommendations to Traffic Management — including mechanising the slowest terminal for a projected 30% cut in detention — grounded entirely in the port's own operational data.

May – Jun 2024- Built a full e-commerce platform with product browsing, cart management and secure checkout.
- Integrated an AI-powered chatbot for product recommendations and real-time customer support.
